For Responders

Assisting with traumatic events critical incidents, has an impact that can interfere with your life. The goal of Headquarter's CISM services is to get you back to your own “normal” as soon as possible. Our CISM services can include brief educational meetings, structured groups to increase coping with the impact of traumatic events, and individual meetings.

These services assist workers who have been affected by traumatic events such as:

  • the death of a child
  • multiple fatalities from one incident
  • the serious injury of a co-worker
  • line of duty death

  • co-worker's death by other cause

We can also provide at-the-scene assistance (and follow up) for community members affected by the incident.
