Our Information & Referral Services

HQCC is home to the largest comprehensive database of human service programs in Douglas County. From this database, and other sources, we put Douglas County residents in touch with their local human service providers.

We also used this database to compile the Douglas County CAIRS Directory. Agencies wishing to be included in the database, or update their information, should contact Headquarters Counseling Center.

To find a human service resource in Douglas County call our helpful counselors. Although we take calls 24/7, we ask that callers looking for information or referral, and not looking for counselling, call between 8:00 a.m. and midnight.
