Health and Human Services (HHS), Substance Abuse Mental health Services Administration (SAMHSA) issued the Request for Applications (RFA) for Cooperative Agreements for State-Sponsored Youth Suicide Prevention and Early Intervention (Short Title: State and Tribal Youth Suicide prevention Grants), also known as Garrett Lee Smith funds.
